Massage Cancelation + Rescheduling policy:
If you have the need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please let us know via text at least 24 hrs in advance.
If less than 24 hrs prior to your appointment you will be charged half of posted price.
Clients rescheduling or canceling appointments 3 times in a row will also be charged half of posted price.
Class attendance policy:
If the need arises for you to leave class for an emergency and the duration is longer than 2 hours, CEs will not be awarded.
If the absence is between 1-2 hours you may schedule make up session to be awarded CEs, makeup sessions are priced at the rate of our massage sessions. CE certificates will be emailed out on the final day or the day after the end of the particular class.
Class payment policy:
Classes may be paid in full anytime prior to the class online via Venmo (@Dan-Hyde-10) or our payment processing site using any debit or credit card. If you desire to pay day of attendance, it must be in cash and is an extra $20.
All classes are nonrefundable.
