After the massage we'll help you with postural exercises, and/or stretches you can do at home to continue the healing process and stay pain free.

Core Pliability Session
The path to injury free fitness!
Core Pliability Sessions are focused on giving you the tools for optimized function and flexibility.
The first half is function. Here we cover pliability exercises and active stretches you can do in any gym with or without specific equipment.
The second half is flexibility. In this piece we flow into our specific Core Thai Massage techniques to enhance the benefits of the exercises we just did, and finish off with some tips to deter injuries in your sport or athletic pursuit.
You can schedule a 15 or 30 minute session with me at HobbsJWMMA or 300 Gym during available times.
